Reporting a problem

Include your device, operating-system version, game version, and whether you’re playing on Steam or iOS. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. A screenshot can help, but please leave out private information.

A daily puzzle isn’t loading

Check your internet connection and try again. The game may use a cached puzzle if today’s download is unavailable. If the problem continues, tell us the date and any message you see.

A Steam puzzle pack isn’t showing up

Make sure Steam is running and signed in to the account that owns the DLC, then restart the game. For payment or account issues, visit Steam Support.

Purchases and refunds

Purchase and refund requests are handled through the store where the purchase was made. Visit Steam Support or Apple’s purchase support. See our terms and purchases page for platform agreement links.

Saved progress and privacy

Puzzle progress is stored on your device. Contact us before removing game data if you want help preserving your progress. For information about leaderboards and other data, read the privacy policy.
